Sufi Meditation Zikr- Thursday 4 September 2008

As Salaam Alaikum All

Mashallah we had a nice surprise to see sheikh Abid, from Slough, to lead the heightening Zikr and Taraweeh prayers.

Welcome to brother Husayn, who just lives around the corner in Maida Vale who found us through the internet and thank you to John from Finchley who attended the Zikr and followed the whole Taraweeh prayers too!

You are both welcome any Thursday and hoped you enjoyed all the food brought by Auntie and desert, courtesy of Paul, by brother Yamin. Jazakhallah to all who provided the food for the night and thank you to everyone that came and for those who intended to come but did not make it.

We know it's Ramadhan and mostly people will be reading Taraweeh locally on the Thursday but we request to all, it will be beneficial for everyone to try and continue coming to Zikr during Ramadhan as an 'extra' act of devotion which, no doubt, will be infinitely rewarded by God Almighty here and hereafter especially in this Holy Month of Ramadhan.

May you all keep safe on all your journies and may Ramadhan be sweet and easy for you.

Inshallah see you all next week.

Salaams & See You Next Thursday
